Run your numbers

What would this raise for your group?

Put in your roster or your goal. Our best team asked every player to sell 10 items, and 63 of their 65 players did.

Items average about $19, most supporters buy two or three, and roughly 40 cents of every dollar sold stays with your program.

Families aren't donating. They're buying dinner.

That's the whole reason it beats a card sale or a coupon book. Supporters get something they actually wanted, at a price they'd have paid anyway.

A bowl of Brunswick stew

Real food, made in a real kitchen

Locally sourced meat, hardwood smoked, vacuum sealed and frozen in BPA free bags. Not a catalog item shipped in from a warehouse.

A tray of Carolina pulled pork with sauce

It waits in the freezer

Nothing spoils on the counter. They pull a bag on the night that got away from them, which is most nights.

A vacuum sealed bag of Piedmont BBQ beef chili going into a pot of boiling water

One pot, 12 to 15 minutes

Drop the sealed bag in boiling water and dinner's done. No thawing, no prep, and the pot is the only thing to wash.

We handle the food and the money. Your team handles the asking.

01 · Share

One order link

We build a custom online order page for your group and send you the link. You share it with your families.

02 · Sell

Families pay retail

Supporters order and pay online, directly. Nobody collects cash, chases an order form, or stores anything.

03 · Profit

You keep the markup

Supporters pay retail online, we handle every dollar of it, and your group's share of each item sold is paid out on delivery day. Zero upfront cost.

The playbook

What the teams that hit their number do.

The food sells itself once someone asks. These six habits are what get every player asking.

Two weeks

Start to finish in 14 days

Long fundraisers drift. Two weeks is long enough to reach everyone and short enough that nobody puts it off.

A number

Every player sells 10 items

Say the number out loud and follow up on it. Our best team did exactly that, and 63 of 65 players sold.

Kickoff

Parents in the room

Launch at a practice or meeting where every player and at least one parent are there. Everyone leaves with a menu and a QR code.

Day one

Seed the board

First thing on launch morning, before families hear about it, coaches and booster officers place their own orders. Day one starts with momentum instead of a zero.

Follow up

The coach checks in

The coach watches the board and personally reaches out to any player who has not sold yet. That one habit moves more orders than any email.

Prizes

A reason to win

We give your top seller a $100 gift card. Add your own prizes for second and third if you like.

Want help with the asking? Ask us about sending the ask to your families' contacts for them, with their player's name on it.

What groups earn

What groups actually make.

Run at the same math as the calculator, using what real orders average.

Scenario A · 30 players · 10 items each
$2,200+
Estimated profit · single campaign

About $5,700 in sales, or $190 per player.

Scenario B · 60 players · 10 items each
$4,500+
Estimated profit · single campaign

About $11,400 in sales, or $190 per player.

A real one: a Gwinnett County high school baseball team asked every player to sell 10 items and followed up on it. 63 of their 65 players sold, and the team did over $15,000 in sales. They are already booked for next year.

Questions we get a lot.

How long does a campaign run?

Two weeks. You pick the start date and we build around it. Longer campaigns drift.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. No upfront cost, no minimum order, no leftover inventory. You are never invoiced. Our wholesale cost comes out of what supporters already paid, so money only ever moves toward your program.

How does our group get paid?

Supporters pay online at checkout and we collect it. At pickup you get a report of exactly what sold, plus your program's share by check or Zelle, handed over on the spot. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.

How do families get their food?

One delivery day. Everything shows up frozen and sorted by order, ready to hand out at a practice or a pickup window.

Is our group big enough?

We deliver to your school once your campaign reaches $5,000 in sales. Under that, someone from your team picks up the whole order at our kitchen in Atlanta. With every player selling 10 items, that takes about 26 players, so most teams of 30 or more clear it.

Who handles the questions?

We do: orders, payments, changes, supporter questions. Your job is the asking: a kickoff, a number for every player, and following up with the ones who have not sold yet.

Let's run one for your group.

Tell us who you are and roughly how many families are in the program. You'll get real numbers for your roster, not a brochure, and we'll hold your window.
